Sabaneta Missions
Declare His Glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples! ~Psalm 96:3

Ways we serve

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; He has appointed me to preach Good News to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted and to announce that captives shall be released and the blind shall see, that the downtrodden shall be freed from their oppressors, and that God is ready to give blessings to all who come to him.    ~Luke 4:18

Church Plant

Our primary ministry is to plant a church in Sabaneta. We are beginning with a core group of committed individuals. We will disciple them and support their growth in Christ. We are working as a group to reach out to the community with the love of Christ.

Baseball Ministry

Baseball is a favorite activity in the Dominican Republic. The DR has more professional baseball players per capita in the MLB than any other country in the world. Most boys begin playing ball at a very early age in the Dominican. The leaders of the Baseball Leagues allow us to teach the players about the love of Christ.

Prayer Walks & Home Visits

Each afternoon we walk throughout the neighborhoods of Sabaneta and pray for every house and every person we meet. Along the way, we visit with the families and pray for them. We tell them about the love of Christ and how to become a Christian.

Children Bible Gatherings

Afternoon prayer walks include a time where we gather the neighboorhood children for a time of Bible reading and prayer time in a fun, loving atmosphere.

Food Pantry

We have future plans to begin a food pantry as an outreach ministry of our church. We will have a stocked pantry on hand so that we are able to minister to the emergency needs of those in the community. Meeting physical needs of an individual opens doors for us to begin to meet spiritual needs.
